Hier geht es zu den vier Kapiteln, in die ich die Bilder meiner Erkundungen unterteilt habe. Die größte Rubrik – und der Grund, warum es diese Seite gibt – ist die über Architektur. Schwer davon abzugrenzen ist das, was ich Stadtlandschaften nenne: unbehagliche, seltsame oder funktionslose Orte. Die Galerie mit Bildern aus dem verschwindenden kleinen Ort Immerath liegt mir besonders am Herzen. Und schließlich die heitere Galerie zufällig gefundener älterer Autos, die oftmals durch ihr Design erfreuen oder nostalgisch stimmen. Frohes Stöbern!
Here you’ll find the four galleries that contain the outcome of my explorations. The largest of them – and the reason really, for building this website – is the one on architecture. Very close to the subject is the second gallery which shows what I call cityscapes: uneasy, strange and idle spaces. The pictures from the vanishing little town of Immerath are a dear project to me. And last, there are some joyful pictures of well designed and nostalgic old(ish) cars, found and snapped randomly. Happy browsing!
